This notice explains how Hive Fit Club (“Hive,” “we,” “us”) handles mobile phone numbers and messaging consent for text messages (SMS/MMS) related to our club services. It applies to transactional customer-care texts we send after you ask for them (for example during a phone call with our staff or AI phone concierge).
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use your number only to deliver the customer-care messages you requested (and related service messages such as help/opt-out confirmations), and to operate, secure, and improve that messaging.
We may use service providers that process messages on our behalf (for example our texting platform carrier partners). Those providers are not permitted to use your mobile information for their own marketing. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
After you give consent, we may text transactional customer-care content such as: a free tour booking link, a secure membership pay link when one applies, a class or events calendar link, or a recovery / clinical service booking link. Message frequency varies based on your requests (typically a few messages per request, not a daily marketing drip).
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. For non-SMS help: email info@hivefitclub.com or visit hivefitclub.com.
Primary path: you call Hive Fit Club, speak with staff or our AI phone concierge, request a link by text, confirm the mobile number, and give clear verbal consent before we send. We do not text you for marketing from this path without that consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase for club memberships sold separately.
Our general website privacy notice (Shopify store) remains at hivefitclub.com/policies/privacy-policy. If anything there conflicts with this SMS notice on mobile messaging consent, this SMS Privacy Notice controls for mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data.
